Creating a Community That is Trauma Informed: A Zoom event with Tres Adames.
This is your opportunity to learn how trauma affects communities, our own trauma, and the trauma of those around us.
CSQ always works at being a welcoming church and this workshop will help us to be more informed about what it takes for healing people to come together for mutual care.
We are partnering with Tres Adames for this event. Tres Adames is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor and President of Arizona Christian Counseling and Prism Counseling in Phoenix, Arizona. Tres is ordained as a Commissioned Minister through the Federation of Christian Ministries and holds a Master of Divinity from Wesley Biblical Seminary. He is an active member of ACPE (the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education) and currently serves on the ACPE Psychotherapy Commission. He is a contributing writer and developer of the ACPE Pastoral Care Specialist program which provides training in mental health first aid for clergy, lay leaders, and allied professional caregivers of faith.
